1960’s Nostalgia
I just had a visit from Joe Marra, the former owner of the “Night Owl Cafe ” in Greenwich Village.
We swapped stories about the 60’s folk-rock scene. Listening to Joe is amazing. His best friends were the likes of Fred Neil, Karen Dalton, Tim Hardin, Richie Havens and more…
And Oh by the way, according to Joe, Dylan’s first appearance ever in the Village was at the “Cafe Wha” and he will never admit it.
